I can’t imagine that anyone looks forward to the season change from summer to fall more than Southerners. While we try to soak up every drop of summertime swimming and drippy popsicles, the heat of a long August day is enough to take our breath away and keep us shut indoors. So, when September finally rolls around, the cool and comfortable days call us to come out and play!
Running through a freshly cut hayfield is good for the soul and I’m pretty sure my little ones feel like they are on top of the world when standing on that big round bale!
